First Time Parents

In response to this study, I conducted and engaged in a series of user testing with a senior UX researcher to gain a better understand of how parents are feeling, their behavior, and needs.

Analysis

Finding a solution that aligns with user needs and business goals

I asked myself several "How Might We" questions based on the three problem spaces to create the foundation of the design and frame the brainstorming ideas.

  • How might we assist parents to find the products they're looking for?

  • How might recommend parents products without misinforming them?

  • How might we ask questions regarding different skin tones?

Analysis

Exploring different options

After consulting with different senior researchers and internal teams, I ultimately narrowed it down to 3 user flows for parents to embark on.

Ideation

Screens For User Testing

I brainstormed and generated lo-fi wireframes to formulate question that has 4 parts.

03 - Skincare

04 - Products parents used
